Symposium on Domestic Violence Law & Policy
Custody & Abuse Litigation and The Supreme Court

December 7 & 8, 2007

Throughout the country, battered mothers and children have been subjected to unjust court processes that have violated their most basic due process rights and resulted in abusive fathers gaining custody of their children.

The Symposium will bring together leading Supreme Court scholars and litigators with expert domestic violence and child custody lawyers to create a set of best practices for bringing these due process violations for redress to the United States Supreme Court.

If you would like to register for the symposium, please click here.
